Jobs progress through 7 statuses that represent your application lifecycle.
Statuses:
- Saved — Interested but haven't applied yet
- Applied — Application submitted
- Screening — Initial contact or phone screen
- Interviewing — Active interview process
- Offer — Received an offer
- Rejected — Application was rejected
- Withdrawn — You chose to withdraw
How to change status:
- Open the job
- Click the status badge
- Select the new status
What happens on status change:
- An activity is logged automatically
- Follow-up reminders update based on the new status
- Moving to "Interviewing" triggers AI interview prep generation
- Moving to "Offer" enables the Offer War Room
- Rejections trigger a wellness check-in if you have 3+ recent rejections
