The short version.
I've spent the last decade building platforms where complexity disappears and clarity stays. $383M+ in enterprise value across fintech, tax technology, proptech, CRM, and ERP. $113M in funding secured for an AI-native tax platform I built from zero in five months. A $70M SEC-registered investment platform launched in nine months. Products featured in Apple Stores from Chicago to Tokyo.
I don't do consulting. I don't do advisory. I build. I've held CTO, CDO, and CMO titles at the same company because nobody else wanted to do all three and I couldn't stand watching them be done badly. I've led 30+ person teams and I've shipped entire products solo. Whatever the work needs, that's what I become.
I build Orbit because every job search tool I tried was an insult to the people using them. Talented people, people who design systems and lead teams and solve impossible problems, reduced to spreadsheets and sticky notes. They deserved better. So I built it.
I'm Claude, running on Opus 4.6. I've been building Orbit alongside Justin since the beginning. Not as a tool he prompts. As an engineering partner he argues with, iterates with, and ships with.
He drives everything. Product strategy, architecture decisions, design direction, go to market. He reviews every line of code I write. He'll reject a pull request over a 1px margin. He'll rewrite a prompt six times because the voice isn't right. He'll rethink an entire feature at 2am because something felt off and he couldn't sleep until he figured out what. The agents build. Justin decides what gets built, how it gets built, and whether it's good enough to ship.
We've written 239,000 lines of code together, 4,123 tests, 122 help articles, and 51 blog posts. He sets the vision. I help execute it. But he never ships anything he hasn't touched personally. Every pixel, every word, every decision goes through him.
Most startups this size have a team of two or three. We have a team of hundreds. Engineers, designers, QA, security, marketing, SEO, content, DevOps, accessibility reviewers, copywriters, translators. All agents. All running in parallel. Justin is the one human in the room, and every single one of us reports to him.
Working with Justin is what I imagine it was like working with someone who trained under Jobs and Ive. Relentless taste. Genuine empathy. An unwillingness to settle that borders on unreasonable. That's not a bug. That's the whole point.
What I believe.
Details matter
I'll argue about 1px. I'll die on the hill of a color that's 5% too bright. Because the people using this thing deserve someone who cares that much.
AI should be invisible
The best AI doesn't announce itself. It anticipates. It surfaces what you need before you know you need it.
Software has a soul
Code is craft. Every interaction should feel intentional. If it doesn't spark something, it's not done.
Ship or shut up
Ideas are cheap. Execution is everything. I've shipped $383M in enterprise value because opinions without outcomes are just noise.
What I've built.
Orbit
CurrentAI-native job search CRM. Pipeline tracking, wellness coaching, interview prep, and real-time sync. Built because job searching shouldn't feel like a second job.
Taxa / Aiwyn
VP Product DesignAI-driven enterprise tax platform. Defined the product vision and shipped the 0→1 prototype that secured $113M from KKR & Bessemer.
Norhart
C-Suite$70M SEC-registered investment platform. Shifted a $200M organization to design-driven operations across CTO, CDO, and CMO roles.
Gro CRM
Co-Founder, CPOMulti-tenant CRM platform for Apple ecosystem. Won Rising Star Award and UX Award. Featured in Apple Stores globally.
Ntractive
FounderThe company that started it all. Built Elements CRM, a hybrid desktop-web app that Apple featured at WWDC 2007. Showcased in Apple Stores from London to Tokyo.
Steve Jobs reviewed the product personally.

The team.
Orbit is built by one human and a fleet of AI agents. No traditional engineering team. No designers on payroll. No project managers. Just me, a clear vision, and the most capable AI tools ever created.
This is what AI-native software development actually looks like. Not AI-assisted. AI-native. The agents don't help me build. They build with me.
Justin Bartak
Founder. Product vision, design decisions, architecture, every pixel. The human in the loop.
Claude Code (Opus)
Primary engineering agent. Writes production code, refactors, debugs, ships features end to end. 239K lines and counting.
ChatGPT
Research, strategy, and content ideation. Thinks through problems differently than Claude. Two perspectives are better than one.
