These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Orbit Job Search CRM application (“Service”) operated by Purecraft (“we”, “us”, “our”) at orbitjobs.ai. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Orbit offers a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. A valid payment method is required to start a trial. Your selected plan begins automatically at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before then.
Orbit is offered as a paid subscription with weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly billing options. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as displayed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

You own all data you enter into Orbit. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You may export all your data at any time via Settings → Your Data.
You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Orbit offers optional AI-powered features that use third-party APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic). These features require you to provide your own API keys. You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of those AI providers. We are not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or content of AI-generated outputs.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Purecraft and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements or that AI features will produce accurate results.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. Upon deletion, all cloud-stored data is permanently removed. We may also terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms, with notice when practicable.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via the application or email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
