Statuses:
- Bookmarked — Saved for later; you have not applied yet
- Applied — Application submitted
- Screening — Initial phone screen or recruiter call

- Offer — You received an offer
- Accepted — You accepted the offer
- Rejected — The company did not move forward
- Withdrawn — You chose not to continue
- Ghosted — No response af

Use the Pipeline board

The Pipeline board shows all your jobs organized by status in columns you can manage with drag and drop.

Use the Pipeline:
1. Go to Jobs and select the Pipeline tab
2. Drag any job card between columns to update its status
3. Click a job card to open its details, notes, contacts, and activity

Filter and sort:
- Filter by company, role, location, or tags to narrow your view
- Sort by date added, company name, or priority

How to auto-fill a job from a URL

Let AI fill in job details for you by pasting a URL or job description text.

Auto-fill from a URL:
1. Click Add Job
2. Paste the job posting URL
3. Orbit fetches the page and extracts the details automatically

Auto-fill from text:
1. Click Add Job
2. Paste the raw job description text
3. AI reads the text and fills in the fields

What gets extracted:
- Company name
- Role and title
- Location and work arrangement (remote, hybrid, or onsite)
- Salary range
- Relevant tags

When you receive an offer, the Offers tab under Jobs gives you everything you need to evaluate and negotiate it.

Record your offer:
1. Go to Jobs > Offers
2. Select the job with the offer
3. Enter salary, bonus, equity, benefits, and the offer deadline

What you can track:
- Base salary, signing bonus, and annual bonus
- Equity (shares or RSUs with vesting schedule)
- Relocation package, PTO, health insurance, retirement match, and remote flexibility

Atlas is a visual map of your job search, showing how your jobs, contacts, and companies connect.

What you will see:
- Job nodes — Each job appears as a dot, colored by its status
- Contact nodes — People linked to your jobs appear connected
- Company clusters — Jobs at the same company are grouped together
- Relationship lines — Lines show which contacts are linked to which jobs

How to use Atlas:
1. Go to Jobs and select the Atlas tab
2. Click any node to view

Details tab — Record every part of an offer:

Schedule an interview:
1. Open a job and add a calendar event linked to it
2. Set the event type to Interview
3. Add the video meeting URL, location, and time
4. Set reminders (for example, 30 minutes before and 1 day before)
