Keep track of every interview, from the first phone screen to the final round.
Schedule an interview:
- Open a job and add a calendar event linked to it
- Set the event type to Interview
- Add the video meeting URL, location, and time
- Set reminders (for example, 30 minutes before and 1 day before)
Prepare for your interview:
- Your Dashboard shows an Interview Prep card when you have an interview coming up
- Ask Scout to help you prepare — it can look up the company and suggest talking points
- Review the job description and your tailored resume beforehand
Track your progress:
- Move the job to Screening for initial phone screens
- Move it to Interviewing for technical or onsite rounds
- Log activities (calls, emails, meetings) to build a timeline
- Link contacts (recruiters, hiring managers) to the job for quick reference
After the interview:
- Orbit creates a thank-you reminder automatically
- Log your feedback and notes while they are fresh
- Update the job status based on the outcome
