Keep track of every interview, from the first phone screen to the final round.

Schedule an interview:

  1. Open a job and add a calendar event linked to it
  2. Set the event type to Interview
  3. Add the video meeting URL, location, and time
  4. Set reminders (for example, 30 minutes before and 1 day before)

Prepare for your interview:

  • Your Dashboard shows an Interview Prep card when you have an interview coming up
  • Ask Scout to help you prepare — it can look up the company and suggest talking points
  • Review the job description and your tailored resume beforehand

Track your progress:

  • Move the job to Screening for initial phone screens
  • Move it to Interviewing for technical or onsite rounds
  • Log activities (calls, emails, meetings) to build a timeline
  • Link contacts (recruiters, hiring managers) to the job for quick reference

After the interview:

  • Orbit creates a thank-you reminder automatically
  • Log your feedback and notes while they are fresh
  • Update the job status based on the outcome

Tip: Link every person you speak with to the job. This builds your Atlas graph and powers smarter follow-up reminders.
