Every job in your pipeline has a status that shows where it stands in your process.
Statuses:
- Bookmarked — Saved for later; you have not applied yet
- Applied — Application submitted
- Screening — Initial phone screen or recruiter call
- Interviewing — Active interview rounds
- Offer — You received an offer
- Accepted — You accepted the offer
- Rejected — The company did not move forward
- Withdrawn — You chose not to continue
- Ghosted — No response after a reasonable amount of time
Change a job's status:
- Click a job card to open it
- Select the new status
- Orbit records the date of every status change automatically
Tip: Keep your statuses up to date. Orbit uses them to generate follow-up reminders, insight cards, and pipeline analytics.
