When you receive an offer, the Offers tab under Jobs gives you everything you need to evaluate and negotiate it.
Record your offer:
- Go to Jobs > Offers
- Select the job with the offer
- Enter salary, bonus, equity, benefits, and the offer deadline
What you can track:
- Base salary, signing bonus, and annual bonus
- Equity (shares or RSUs with vesting schedule)
- Relocation package, PTO, health insurance, retirement match, and remote flexibility
- Offer deadline with a countdown timer
Three views:
- Details — All compensation components for one offer
- Compare — Side-by-side comparison of multiple offers with Year 1 totals, annualized values, and cost-of-living adjustments
- Leverage — Fill-in-the-blank negotiation scripts for competing offers, equity, signing bonus, remote work, and timeline extensions
Tip: Mark each offer as Pending, Accepted, Declined, or Expired to keep your pipeline organized.
