When you add a job, Orbit checks if a similar one already exists in your pipeline.
How it works:
- Matches by company name + role (case-insensitive)
- Shows a warning banner if a potential duplicate is found
- You can choose to continue adding or view the existing job
Why it matters: Duplicate jobs create confusing activity histories and follow-up reminders. The detection prevents accidentally tracking the same opportunity twice.
This also works when saving jobs from the browser extension — if the job already exists, you'll be notified.
