When a follow-up reminder appears on your dashboard, you can ask AI to draft a suggested message.
How to use it:
- Find a follow-up reminder on your Today or Week dashboard
- Click the sparkle icon button on the reminder row
- AI generates a personalized follow-up email based on the job details, contact info, and your recent activity history
- The suggestion appears inline with Copy and Open Email buttons
The AI references specific details from your interactions — if you had an interview last week, it will mention that. If the application has been quiet for 14 days, it will craft an appropriate check-in.
Requirements: An AI API key configured in Settings > Preferences.
