Add a contact manually:
1. Go to Contacts and click Add Contact
2. Enter their name, title, company, and email
3. Choose a contact type (recruiter, hiring manager, referral, or connection)
4. Link the contact to one or more jobs

Add a contact with AI Quick Capture:
1. Click Quick Capture
2. Paste text from a LinkedIn profile
3. AI fills in the name, title, company, and email automatic

Job-related reminders:
- Send a thank-you after an interview
- Follow up on applications with no response
- Respond to an offer before the deadline
- Check in on jobs stuck in screening

Contact-related reminders:
- Reach out to contacts going cold (14 or more days with no interaction)
- Log an activity for new contacts you have not engaged with yet
- Reconnect with warm contacts after a reject

Import contacts from LinkedIn

Add your LinkedIn connections to Orbit in bulk using a CSV file.

Export your connections from LinkedIn:
1. Go to linkedin.com/mypreferences/d/download-my-data
2. Request your data archive
3. Download and extract the ZIP file
4. Find the Connections.csv file inside

Import into Orbit:
1. Go to Settings > Your Data
2. Click Import LinkedIn CSV
3. Upload your Connections.csv file
4. Review the imported contacts and confirm

What gets imported:
- First and last name
- Co

Activity timeline:
Every interaction with a contact is logged as a timeline. Click the Timeline tab on any contact to see:
- Emails, phone calls, and meetings
- Notes and observations
- Status changes on linked jobs

Relationship strength:
A colored dot on each contact card shows how active the relationship is:
- Green — You interacted within the last 7 days
- Yellow —
