Get more out of your contacts with activity tracking, relationship insights, and AI-powered Quick Capture.

Activity timeline:

Every interaction with a contact is logged as a timeline. Click the Timeline tab on any contact to see:

  • Emails, phone calls, and meetings
  • Notes and observations
  • Status changes on linked jobs

Relationship strength:

A colored dot on each contact card shows how active the relationship is:

  • Green — You interacted within the last 7 days
  • Yellow — 7 to 14 days since your last interaction
  • Gray — 14 or more days with no activity

Link contacts to jobs:

  • Link any contact to one or more jobs (and vice versa)
  • Both sides update automatically
  • These links power the Atlas graph and smarter follow-up reminders

Quick Capture with AI:

  1. Open a contact and click Quick Capture
  2. Paste text from a LinkedIn profile
  3. AI extracts the name, title, company, email, and other details
  4. If a contact with the same name already exists, Orbit asks whether to link the existing contact instead

Contact photos:

  • Upload a photo for any contact
  • Photos appear on contact cards, in Atlas, and in follow-up reminders
  • Photos sync across all your devices

Tip: The more activities you log per contact, the better your follow-up reminders and relationship tracking become.
