Orbit creates follow-up reminders for you automatically based on your activity and timelines.
Job-related reminders:
- Send a thank-you after an interview
- Follow up on applications with no response
- Respond to an offer before the deadline
- Check in on jobs stuck in screening
Contact-related reminders:
- Reach out to contacts going cold (14 or more days with no interaction)
- Log an activity for new contacts you have not engaged with yet
- Reconnect with warm contacts after a rejection
- Link contacts to jobs that are in screening or interviewing with no one attached
Manage your reminders:
- Snooze a reminder for 4 hours, tomorrow, 3 days, or 1 week
- Dismiss reminders you have already handled
- High-priority reminders (interviews, expiring offers) can send browser notifications
Tip: Turn on notifications in Settings > Preferences > Notifications so you never miss an important follow-up.
