Import contacts from LinkedIn

Add your LinkedIn connections to Orbit in bulk using a CSV file.

Export your connections from LinkedIn:

1. Go to linkedin.com/mypreferences/d/download-my-data
2. Request your data archive
3. Download and extract the ZIP file
4. Find the Connections.csv file inside

Import into Orbit:

1. Go to Settings > Your Data
2. Click Import LinkedIn CSV
3. Upload your Connections.csv file
4. Review the imported contacts and confirm

What gets imported:

• First and last name
• Company and title
• Email address (if available)
• Connection date

Orbit checks for existing contacts with the same name and warns you before creating duplicates.

Tip: After importing, link your most relevant contacts to the jobs they can help with.
