Use Career Mode

Career Mode activates when you accept a job offer, shifting Orbit from job search to onboarding support.

How to activate:

1. Move a job to "Offer" status and accept it
2. Career Mode banner appears on the dashboard
3. Click "Start Career Mode" to begin your 90-day onboarding journey

Features:

• Onboarding Journal: Daily reflection prompts across 3 phases: Orientation (days 1-30), Contribution (days 31-60), and Impact (days 61-90). Each phase adapts its questions.
• Career Milestones: Track key achievements like first PR, first presentation, or first project lead. Share milestones as cards.
• Career Tab: A dedicated dashboard tab (after Analytics) shows your journal entries and milestones.

Career Mode can be toggled in Settings.
