How to add a job

You can add a job to your pipeline in several ways.

From the app:

  1. Click the + button in the top navigation and select Add Job
  2. Enter the company, role, and other details
  3. Click Save

Other ways to add a job:

  • Jobs page — Click Add Job at the top of the Jobs page
  • Paste a URL — Paste a job posting URL when adding a job, and Orbit fills in the details automatically using AI
  • Keyboard shortcut — Press N from anywhere to open Quick Add
  • Command Palette — Press Cmd/Ctrl + K and type "add job"
  • Browser extension — Save jobs directly from job boards

Tip: You can also import jobs from a LinkedIn export CSV in Settings > Your Data > Import.
