If your data isn't syncing

If your data is not showing up on another device, try these steps.

  1. Check the sync indicator — Look for the green dot on your profile avatar. Green means you are connected.
  2. Refresh the page — Press Cmd+Shift+R (Mac) or Ctrl+Shift+R (Windows) to force a hard refresh
  3. Check your internet connection — Orbit needs a network connection to sync between devices
  4. Wait a moment — Syncing can take a few seconds

Still not working?

Sign out and sign back in. This pulls a fresh copy of your data from the cloud.

Tip: The green dot on your profile avatar is the quickest way to confirm you are connected and syncing.
