If you can't sign in

If you are having trouble signing in, try these steps.

  1. Check your email — Make sure you are using the same email address you signed up with
  2. Reset your password — Click Forgot Password? on the login page to get a reset link
  3. Try a passkey — If you have a passkey set up, use that instead of your password
  4. Clear site data — Your session may have expired or become corrupted. Clear cookies for Orbit and try again.

Getting logged out frequently?

Sessions last about 1 hour. If your browser is set to clear cookies automatically, you may need to add an exception for Orbit.

Tip: Set up a passkey in Settings > Account > Passkeys for the fastest and most reliable way to sign in.
