The Today Focus widget on your Dashboard shows you the most important things to do right now.
What you will see:
- Overdue follow-ups — Contacts and jobs that need your attention
- Upcoming interviews — Interviews scheduled today or tomorrow
- Stale applications — Jobs you applied to with no activity for 7 or more days
- Expiring offers — Offers with deadlines approaching
- Contacts going cold — Key contacts you have not interacted with recently
- Unlinked jobs — Jobs in Screening or Interviewing with no contacts attached
How items are prioritized:
- Expiring offers and today's interviews always come first
- Follow-ups for hiring managers and referrals rank higher than general connections
- Stale applications drop lower when you have more urgent items
Take action:
- Click any item to jump to the relevant job, contact, or event
- Snooze a reminder for 4 hours, tomorrow, 3 days, or 1 week
- Dismiss items you have already handled
Get notified:
High-priority items like upcoming interviews and expiring offers can send browser notifications. Turn these on in Settings > Preferences > Notifications.
Tip: Check Today Focus first thing each morning to start your day with the highest-impact actions.
