Sync your data across devices

Your data syncs automatically across all your devices and browser tabs in real time.

How it works:

• Every change you make saves instantly on your device and pushes to the cloud in the background
• Your other devices receive updates within seconds
• If you go offline, your changes are saved and sync automatically when you reconnect

Check your sync status:

• Look for the green dot on your profile avatar in the top navigation
• Green means you are connected and syncing
• No dot means you are offline (your changes will sync later)

See who else is online:

1. Click your profile avatar
2. Look for Active Sessions
3. Each session shows the browser, device, and current page

Edit conflict warnings:

• If another session is editing the same job, contact, or event, Orbit shows a warning
• The warning tells you who is editing and on which device
• This prevents you from accidentally overwriting changes

Tip: If sync seems stuck, press Cmd+Shift+R (or Ctrl+Shift+R) to force a refresh. Signing out and back in triggers a full re-sync.
