Quiet Mode automatically softens your Dashboard when you have been having a tough stretch.
When does it activate?
Quiet Mode turns on when 3 or more of your last 7 mood check-ins were rough or struggling. It turns off automatically when your mood improves.
What changes in Quiet Mode:
- A gentle green card appears on your Dashboard: "It's okay to take a break"
- Follow-up reminders show only high-priority items (offers, interviews) and are limited to 3
- Today's Focus hides lower-priority suggestions and shows a maximum of 3 items
- Morning Brief uses a gentle tone and hides follow-up counts
- Week in Review hides the "Gone quiet" and "vs. your average" sections
You are always in control:
Quiet Mode is entirely automatic. There is nothing to enable or configure. It responds to the mood data you log in Tools > Wellness and deactivates when your check-ins improve.
Tip: Quiet Mode is not about doing less. It is about making sure Orbit supports you instead of adding pressure when things are hard.
