Set up the browser extension

Save jobs from any job board to your pipeline without leaving the page.

Set up the extension:

1. Install the Orbit extension from the Chrome Web Store or Safari Extensions
2. Sign in to Orbit in your browser
3. Go to Settings > Account > Extension Tokens and click Generate Token
4. Paste the token into the extension popup

Save a job:

1. Open any job posting on LinkedIn, Indeed, Greenhouse, Lever, or another job board
2. Click the Orbit icon in your browser toolbar
3. Review the extracted details (company, role, location, description)
4. Click Save to Orbit
5. The job appears in your pipeline right away

Manage your tokens:

• Go to Settings > Account > Extension Tokens to see active tokens
• Click Revoke to deactivate a token you no longer need
• You can create multiple tokens (one per browser or device)

Tip: If the extension stops working, revoke the old token and generate a new one.
