How streaks work:
- Check in your mood each day (from the Wellness section on your dashboard or Tools > Wellness)
- Each consecutive day of check-ins adds to your streak
- Missing a day resets the streak to zero
Where streaks appear:
- Dashboard Today tab — in the Wellness section
- Week in Review — shows your streak count
- Goals system — streak progress counts toward daily goals
- Coaching email — mentions your streak in weekly reports
Why it matters: Regular mood tracking helps identify patterns. The coaching email uses your mood data to give personalized advice — like suggesting a break when mood is declining.
