The Wellness tab (Tools > Wellness) provides mental health support throughout your job search (Pro/Ultra).

Three sections:

Overview:

  • Daily mood check-in (5-level scale with optional labels)
  • Mood trend visualization
  • Contextual wellness cards based on your search activity
  • Reframe cards after rejections

Journal:

  • Guided journal prompts
  • Free-form entries
  • Reflection on wins and challenges

Exercises:

  • Breathing exercises: Guided box breathing for anxiety
  • Anxiety toolkit: Cognitive reframing exercises
  • Grounding techniques: When feeling overwhelmed

Wellness streaks track consecutive days of check-ins. Your mood data feeds into the coaching email for personalized wellness advice.
