Share progress with a career coach or partner

Want to show your job search progress to a career coach, mentor, or accountability partner? Here's how.

Export your data

1. Go to Settings > Data
2. Click "Export Data"
3. Download the JSON file containing all your jobs, contacts, activities, and stats

This gives a comprehensive snapshot of your entire search.

Share specific metrics

For a quick summary, take a screenshot of:

• Dashboard > Today — Shows your active pipeline at a glance
• Dashboard > Week — Weekly stats, patterns, and momentum
• Dashboard > Trends — Conversion funnel, timing insights, and long-term analytics

Share milestones

When you hit a milestone (first interview, offer received, streak achievement), Orbit generates a shareable card. Click "Share" on the milestone popup to download an image.

For career coaches

If you're a coach helping someone use Orbit, ask them to:

1. Share their Trends tab screenshot weekly
2. Export data monthly for detailed review
3. Forward coaching emails as a conversation starter

Orbit respects privacy — data export is always user-initiated, never automatic.
