The Networking widget on your Dashboard ranks your contacts by who you should reach out to this week.
How contacts are scored:
- Contacts at companies where you have active applications score highest
- Hiring managers and referrals score higher than general connections
- Contacts you have interacted with before (warm relationships) get a boost
- Contacts going cold (14 to 60 days since last contact) are flagged
- Recently contacted people (last 3 days) are deprioritized

Each recommendation includes a suggested action:
- Follow Up — You have a job at their company
- Referral Request — They are a referral contact at an active-job company
- Reconnect — It has been a while since you talked
- Informational — They work at a company you are targeting
AI message drafts (Pro):
Click Draft next to any contact to generate an AI-written outreach message. The message is personalized based on the contact's role, company, and your job context. Click Copy to paste it into email or LinkedIn.
Tip: Reach out to at least 2 to 3 people per week to keep your network warm during a job search.
