How it works:
- Orbit analyzes your pipeline, activities, and mood data weekly
- A personalized coaching email is sent on your preferred day
- Each email includes shareable insight cards with universal career tips
- Click the share link to open a public page with the insight (no personal data is shared)
Configure coaching:
- Go to Settings > Preferences
- Enable coaching emails
- Choose your preferred day of the week
What gets analyzed:
- Job pipeline changes (new applications, status updates)
- Activity patterns (follow-ups, interviews, networking)
- Mood trends (from wellness check-ins)
- Goals progress
The coaching email is personalized to your specific situation. It references your actual companies, roles, and pipeline data.

Tip: Share insights with friends who are also job searching. The tips are anonymized and contain no personal data.
