Funnel stages:
Saved → Applied → Screening → Interviewing → Offer
Key metrics:
- Response rate: % of applications that get any response
- Interview rate: % of applications reaching the interview stage
- Offer rate: % of interviews resulting in offers
- Ghost rate: % of conversations that go cold (no response after 14+ days)
Where to find it:
- Dashboard > Trends tab > Overview section
- Dashboard > Analytics tab for detailed charts
What good looks like:
- Response rate: 15-25% is typical
- Interview rate: 5-10% of applications
- Offer rate: 20-30% of interviews
The coaching email uses these metrics to suggest where to focus — whether you need more applications, better follow-up, or interview practice.
