You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch billing frequency at any time.
How to upgrade:
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click "Change Plan"
- Select your new plan and frequency (monthly/yearly)
- Review the proration preview (shows credits and charges)
- Confirm the switch
Proration: When switching plans mid-cycle, you get credit for unused time on your current plan. The preview shows exactly what you'll be charged.
Downgrade to Free: Cancel your subscription. At the end of the billing period, you'll move to the Free tier with reduced limits (25 jobs, 50 contacts, no AI features).
Yearly savings: Yearly plans save ~33% compared to monthly billing.
