You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
How to cancel:
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm the cancellation
What happens:
- You keep Pro/Ultra access until the billing period ends
- After that, you move to the Free tier
- Your data is preserved — nothing is deleted
- Free tier limits apply (25 jobs, 50 contacts, 3 resumes)
- AI features, cross-device sync, and wellness become unavailable
Reactivate: Changed your mind? Click "Reactivate" before the period ends to undo the cancellation. No charge.
Refunds: Eligible invoices show a "Refund" button in Settings > Billing. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
