Set up your profile and customize how Orbit works for you.
Edit your profile:
- Click your profile avatar in the top navigation
- Select Settings
- On the Profile tab, you can upload an avatar, set your display name, and see your email
Customize your preferences:
Go to the Preferences tab to change:
- Theme — Dark or light mode
- Accessibility — High-contrast colors that meet WCAG AA standards
- Calendar — Week start day (Sunday or Monday) and week numbers
- Default landing page — Which page loads first (Dashboard, Jobs, Contacts, or Calendar)
- AI provider — Select OpenAI, Anthropic, or Grok and enter your API key
- Notifications — Toggle interview reminders, follow-up reminders, deadline alerts, and wellness nudges
Your profile and preferences sync across all your devices in real time.
Tip: Set your default landing page to the page you use most, so Orbit opens right where you need it.
