Download a complete copy of your data at any time.
Export your data:
- Go to Settings > Your Data
- Click Download My Data
- Orbit creates a JSON file with everything in your account
What is included:
- All jobs, contacts, and activities
- Resumes and cover letters
- Calendar events and settings
- Goals, wellness data, and templates
- Offer details and runway data
What is not included:
Your AI API keys are never included in exports or synced to the cloud. They stay on your device only.
Import data:
You can also import contacts from a LinkedIn CSV in Settings > Your Data.
Tip: Download a copy of your data periodically, especially before making large changes like bulk deleting jobs.
