Job searching can be stressful. The Wellness tab helps you check in with yourself and build healthy habits along the way.

Mood check-ins:

Log how you are feeling each day with 5 mood levels. A 28-day heatmap shows your mood patterns over time.

Journaling:

Write daily entries with guided prompts for reflection and processing emotions.

Breathing exercises:

Choose from 4-7-8 breathing, box breathing, 5-4-3-2-1 grounding, and progressive muscle relaxation.

Streaks:

Build healthy habits by checking in on consecutive days.

How to access Wellness:

  1. Go to Tools > Wellness
  2. Use the segment control to switch between Overview, Journal, and Exercises

Orbit responds to your job search activity. You will see encouragement after rejections and celebration after wins.

Tip: A quick mood check-in takes just a few seconds and helps you spot patterns that affect your search.
