Journaling:

Choose from 4-7-8 breathing, box breathing, 5-4-3-2-1 grounding, and progressive muscle relaxation.
Streaks:
Build healthy habits by checking in on consecutive days.
How to access Wellness:
- Go to Tools > Wellness
- Use the segment control to switch between Overview, Journal, and Exercises
