You earn badges automatically as you hit milestones in your job search.
How it works:
- Complete actions like sending applications, following up, or logging activities
- A celebration popup appears when you earn a new badge
- View all your badges in the Awards section on the Goals page
Badge categories:
- Milestone badges — First application sent, 10th follow-up, 50th activity logged, and more
- Streak badges — Consecutive days meeting your goals (3-day, 7-day, 14-day, 30-day streaks)
- Speed badges — Quick actions like sending a thank-you within 24 hours of an interview
- Category badges — Achievements in specific areas like networking, applications, and interviews
Weekly milestones:
- Meeting all your daily targets for a full week earns a weekly milestone
- Weekly milestones contribute to longer streak badges
Share your achievements:
- You can share milestone badges as images
- Great for celebrating wins with friends or accountability partners
Tip: Set realistic daily goals. Consistent small actions earn more badges than occasional big pushes.
