- Interview Performance — Tracks how often your interviews lead to offers and highlights patterns in your successful rounds
- Goals Pace — Tells you whether you are on track to meet your weekly and monthly goals based on your current pace
- Network Health — Scores your contact relationships by recency and frequency, and highlights contacts that are going cold

Pipeline funnel:
The funnel chart shows your conversion rates at each stage, from Bookmarked through Applied, Screening, and Interviewing to Offer. Use it to spot where you lose the most momentum.
